Kursbeschreibung
The course incorporates different notions and tools of contemporary dance such as the relationship between body and space, basic (as well as more complex, eventually) floorwork principles/elements and guided improvisation through specific physical tasks/sensations.
My wish for the participants would be to achieve a better, deeper understanding of their individual bodies, to realise that an efficient and happy body in the studio can be just as efficient and happy in our everyday lives. Let's share the space respectfully with each other, let's move and let's have fun!
Basic contemporary dance experience is required.
